It’s not easy for me to date this charger. I first assumed it was a later version. But then the cable entry’s are designed for 3/4 imperial bushes or conduit glands . So that probably puts it back to the late 60s.  It does have signs of repairs in the past . Most notably is a wire wound resistor has been replaced with a more modern type . Andy
