I believe this is a C68 probably from the mid 40s to mid 50s. Someone might know different. Unlike the later programers this one is not adjustable so had to be pre engineered at the factory .
its got in very faint pencil Inside the cover PIPS 

Program time is 12.28 PM and again at 12.58 Next times is 4.58PM then every 15 mins up to 6.58PM . It’s been sympathetically restored. I know this isn’t always possible if things are gone to bad ,but ideally I don’t like things that’s as old as this looking like brand new Andy
