Gents of Leicester Master Clock C7 with 30 second AND 1 minute impulse….This item never had a variable resistor (rheostat) . There’s a 30 second pulse to the dial on the master clock. On the back of the clock it’s got a 30 sec to 1 min converter that operated something requiring a 1 min pulse Like 1 minute watchman clocks or possibly a clocking in machine or graph recorder.
