6 way distribution board

I believe this started out as a 5 way panel  and at a later date the 6th clock was added . I cannot see any sign it’s a replacement clock. In fact the variable resistor is a earlier type . And the relay and coil appears to be a add on. It’s a proper job apart from the coil that looks a bit amateur ish.
again I think it’s been well maintained, even one of the big  condensers ( capacitors) has been shunted. Another indication it’s been well looked after as how many people would bother to even check the condensers during a service.
I believe the original wires from the clocks to the main board are solid conductors and have fractured. Someone has made a attempt to repair them but not finished it properly. It’s a very basic panel and surprisingly has no advance or additional switches.it obviously wants some minor work to get it up and running. Andy

  1. They typically make the even numbers with the 5th dial in this case in the centre as opposed to the side. It is odd that it’s got six dials on the diagram ?? We’ll worth a many hours pondering over this one!!
