Quite a useful unit for converting a 30 second pulse to 1 minute .As can be seen the cover is In fact the wrong one for the unit but the Dymo labels are correct, indicating that’s how it was when in use in the factory.
The unit works after having a full service and a replacement 40 volt Coil. 
The original 40 volt coil was open circuit, probably burnt out due to incorrect adjustment of the mercury switch. Andy
