This is of course an unofficial website, as the Gents’ of Leicester company was taken over by Chloride in 1981. This is a personal project website.

The ambition of this project is to gain a better understanding how the overall design of the products and marketing material evolved from 1872 to 1981 by documenting the Gents’ clocks that still exist today. So if you own one, please document it here and together we can display a consolidated index of a piece of time in history.
